Shipping and Returns

Free Freight Offer: This offer applies to any order with a value over $250.00. The goods will be shipped via ground freight, usually Fedex or Expedited Mail. We also offer shipping via Purolator in Canada. If any of these options is not acceptable, please e-mail or phone us and we will make every effort to arrive at a satisfactory shipping solution for you. A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.

Express or Expedited Shipping:

Please check with us by phone if you require any items urgently and need shipping via Air. As most couriers have a cut-off time for booking Express and Expedited shipments, please try to contact us as early in the day as possible. We also will need to confirm the availability of the product. We will do our best to use the least expensive method that gets you the product when you need it. Extra charges will apply but we do receive very favourable pricing for Express and Expedited freight. We use Fedex, DHL, Purolator and various Mailing options for urgent orders.

International Orders:

We do ship internationally and receive very attractive rates from DHL and Fedex. These and mail are our only options for international shipping. Please check with us by phone or e-mail to confirm pricing and delivery times. Pricing will be for freight only and will not include taxes, duties or customs clearance charges.


Should your product prove unsatisfactory or was ordered incorrectly, please contact us for return instructions. In some cases the item will need to be returned to the manufacturer and in others, to Sharp Tech Inc. In either case, please be prepared to send the following with the shipment:

  • 1. A photocopy of the original invoice.
  • 2. Details of what the issue is. Usually we will need to know the material and thickness, RPM and Feed rate and any other details you can offer.
  • 3. If possible, please return the product in its original package. If that is not possible, please package in a suitable way that will prevent any further damage to the tool.

  • We promise to handle your return promptly. Should the tools in question need to be returned to the manufacturer, the decision on whether or not a credit or replacement is warranted will be left to the manufacturer. Otherwise, we will make that decision here. It is our goal to make sure that our customers are pleased with our products and our service.
